Only in the last couple generations have we moved away from relying on the healing plants for everyday health and well-being. Reclaiming this knowledge is like coming home. Caring for ourselves and our families with herbs we grow and gather ourselves is extremely empowering. \u00a0In this class we will discuss the importance in keeping folk herbalism alive in our communities, and the benefits of bioregional herbalism in particular. We&#8217;ll talk about cultivating, harvesting and preserving some of the most versatile and useful medicinal plants.
