Our High Priestess and founder is Jennifer Graham (Chrionna Treall niGraham). She has been a practicing Wiccan since 1995. Originally, she was raised in a more conservative faith and was previously, the first Eucharist Minister of her Philadelphia parish back in the late 80's.
Since coming to Wicca, she spiritually has blossomed into deeper understanding, empathy, charity, and real comprehensive of what it is like to be touched by the divine.
She received her 1st degree in 2000, and her 2nd degree in 2004; her 3rd in 2005 from her mother-coven, Weavers of the Moonfire, a coven of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel. These initiations have had a profound effect upon her life and seeing the world.
Shortly thereafter, she hived off and formed the Fellowship of the Ancient White Stag. The birth date of incorporation was March, 2006.
Chrionna is also a member of the Ord Bridhideach and the Daughters of the Flame; both of which are founded upon the ideals of Brighid (Goddess or Saint) and tending her perpetual flame. Brighid has blessed her life in many ways and has taught her much of the harder lessons in life. It is through Her that she has been able to grow in charity and love for others.
Chrionna's community efforts primarily focus towards teaching others how to use their skills as a means of service to the Divine and the community around them. Her focus in life has always been devoted to giving assistance to those "forgotten" in this work: Children, the homeless and the elderly. To give love, compassion and knowledge to any who need such in their lives.
In her personal world, Chrionna is a gay mother of twin teenage sons and lives in quaint Elkton, Maryland. She is a Marketing and Special Events Coordinator for a school for youth with Aspergers, ADHD and language-based learning disabilities. She loves to paint, travel, kayak/canoe, camp, read and explore all this world has to offer and meet as many people as her life may touch.
Her personal faith follows the Celtic pantheon. She is an oath-bound, dedicated daughter of Brighid, her patroness - both the light and dark faces of Her. Through her five lessons or personas she continues to better herself and her spiritual goals. These lessons and personas are: Woman of the Land, The Peacemaker, The Friend of the Poor, The Hearthwoman and the Woman of Contemplation.

Our Acting-High Priest is DeerHawk, Daniel Cunningham. He is a first degree initiate of the Assembly of the Sacred Wheel and has been a member since 2006, when he joined as one of the founding members of the Fellowship of the Ancient White Stag. Prior to joining the ASW, he was a second degree initiate in the Virginia-based Chantry of the Silver Veil. A student and practitioner of Wicca for over five years, Daniel's main focus is on the Norse pantheon, runes and deepening his contact with deity.
He was attracted to Wicca for the religion and self-development. His previous teacher recommended he study with the ASW because they thought it would be a good fit for him. He agrees! Over the past three years, he has learned much more about Wicca, deity and himself than he would have dreamed. Daniel finds the ASW and the High Priestess to be very skilled, able and willing to teach, and a great bunch of people. His fellow coveners are not just people working to improve themselves, like him, but are also his friends.
Professionally, Daniel is a Program Analyst for the federal government, writing and reviewing custom Oracle SQL code. He has a Bachelors of Arts but is a true techno-pagan. He enjoys playing around inside a PC almost as much as playing in a forest, but finds peace, inspiration, and strength at Great Falls National Park. He can be contacted at deerhawk@yahoo.com
